You are so lucky. I called them twice on the phone and asked if they honor their pennysaver ad -$37 for 1 gram of 14kt gold. They said yes. When I cam in the store I asked the same question. They said yes again. They weighed my 41 grams of 14kt gold ( together 9 items). They calculated -$2021 but they said they have to test my gold first. However they have to charge me $90 for tesing the 9 items). They promised to reimburse the money if I agree to sell all of my gold. If not they get to keep the $90. I know my gold are 14kt and there is no reason for me to refuse such a generous offer. I agreed to the term and gave him $90. He test the gold, and told me that my gold is only 10kt and he can only pay me $410. I was so furious and refused to sell my gold to him. He refused to give me my money back. I wanted to call the police and report the scam, but my husband told me not to press charge cuz he doesn\'t want to involbe authority but adviced me to face book twitter and yelp this scam to get the words out so people would know about them. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! STAY AWAY!! BEWARE!! These people are scam artists! They tell you they will buy your gold starting at $34/gr...THAT\'S IMPOSSIBLE. They would lose money if they paid you that. Their point is to get you in the door and RIP YOU OFF! Stay away and find yourself a reputable jeweler if you want to cash in your gold!

DON\'T GO THERE!!!!! Empty store, shady business, the guy refused to sell to me. Seems shady and also their coupons are worthless. They don\'t honor them, they tell you that they don\'t apply to you-only to those selling huge quantities of gold, or pure silver-meaning bars of silver. The guy actually told me \"it would have to be bars of pure silver\" in order to payout at the advertised price in their ad of $40/oz. DONT GO THERE!!!!!!!

Let\'s start by looking at the pros for both metals. Ceramic rings have a glossy finish to them and a beautiful color which usually is black. Steel on the other hand usually comes in a white color like the color of mens silver rings. Both metals are very durable and comfortable to wear.

i called the number on the add and nobody answered. when the guy called me back i asked him how much for 10k and i made sure to ask if it was gram and penny weight. he started raising his voice at me. He is so unprofessional i just told him off and hung up on him. i rather take my buisness else where.

yes coleen i to have had such an episode myself. it was about a month ago i also was received with the most rude inconsiderate non-professional unamerican male representative. i too had approximately 34 grams of 14k gold and was expecting $35 per gram and when i questioned his math he shoved my jewelry back at me and told me to leave yes barbara i agree with you that we should report them to the authorities.

Their ad said $35/gram. When I got there, they weighed my jewelry (50 grams), then multiplied it by a fake math factor, and reduced the pay out to approx. $13 per gram. When I questioned them, they asked me to leave. They also will not give you a receipt for anything. They want it to look like the transaction never happened. They are hiding something horrible and should be reported to the FBI, Police

I went into a top dollar 4 gold store in Riverside, Ca and was told that my 14k gold ring was only 10k because it turned a slight copper color. However, it was the gold coming through the white gold, not copper. I took my ring to several jewelers that confirmed it was 14k. I would have been out $140 because of this company. I believe that this store intentionally tried to deceive me in to believing that my ring was not real.
